The Terms and Conditions below apply to all classes run by FineArt4Kids!

By making a booking with FineArt4Kids! customers agree to abide by our terms and conditions as laid out on this site. Any statutory rights remain unaffected under English law.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, consumers have the right to withdraw from this transaction under the provision of a cooling off period of seven working days, starting from when the booking is made. After that period we will refund to the sum of 100% of the total booking if notice of cancellation is received in writing (email permitted) more than 10 days before the start of the course. If notice of cancellation is received within 10 days before the start of the course, the customer does not qualify for a refund of any amount.

If at the sole discretion of FineArt4Kids! a child attending a course is behaving in such a way so as to pose a threat to the safety and wellbeing, including emotional wellbeing of himself or others, FineArt4Kids! reserve the right to not accept the child on the course. In such cases no refund will be offered. FineArt4Kids! will notify the parent customer by way of warning, prior to this decision being made in most cases.

FineArt4Kids reserves the right to reject any booking and all bookings are only accepted at our sole discretion.

Payment for every order will be via BACS, cheque or cash on prior arrangement with FineArt4Kids! Refunds will be processed cheque. The amount of refund will be made in accordance with the amount paid.

If you have cause to complain about our service please do so in writing to FineArt4Kids! Limited and post it to our registered office (address at the top of this page).

All prices published on this site are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT at the prevailing rate.
