Emmylou set up FineArt4Kids! in 2006. She is slowly growing the business to make sure all children can have access to FineArt4Kids! lessons and are able to employ more creative, artistic people out there!

Emmylou has a very strong art based background. She has completed an art foundation and degree with BA honours as well as working in Holland for a year. She is a member of the Royal Academy and the National Gallery in London. Being dyslexic, Emmylou found all other subjects in school very difficult and art was her outlet to express her self worth and talent.

She would like to make every child realise that anything is possible! In her free time, She paints textured landscapes in oil on large canvases.

Megan graduated from London College of Fashion in 2010 from a degree in Make-up and Prosthetics for Performance.

She has worked in the film and theatre industry but now works as a freelance artist producing oil paintings and sculpture.

As a teaching assistant for FineArt4Kids! she helps the children to learn and become confident in new art materials and techniques building essential skills that they will use in the future.

                       

Jo works as a freelance Artist based in St Albans. She works in a variety of media.

After completing her degree, she then worked as an In-House designer for International Greetings. Whilst working here she had many artworks chosen for the greetings market.

Jo has also worked for the Council on the 'Big Draw' Projects and enjoys the combination of pursuing her own freelance whilst inspiring those she teaches at FineArt4Kids!

Having grown up in a large family Hannah has developed an easy and natural connection with young children and have always enjoyed teaching both academic and creative syllabuses.

Ever since she can remember art has been a part of her daily life and she is a member of Berkhamsted Arts Society which keeps her knowledge in the art world up to date and stops her techniques getting rusty!

As well as working for FineArt4Kids! She also assists at a local nursery and am training towards my NVQ level 3.

                              

Rachel works as a freelance pattern designer, creating bold and colourful designs for use in fashion, homewares, stationary and interiors.

She sells her patterns through an agent and also work directly with companies to create bespoke designs. Her fashion prints sell mainly in the US as well as to the UK highstreet.

Her home ware patterns have been really popular and she is soon to launch a range of greetings cards.

       

Jessica has always loved exploring different materials and creating things! She studied for her BFA in Toronto, Canada and although she loves all forms of art, sculpture is her favourite.

Her own art is largely inspired by Leonardo Da Vinci's drawings of mechanical machines and contraptions. Now she back in the UK, as well as working, she does volunteer work with kids most weekends. She has always devoted time to working with young people in some capacity, She believe it's important to encourage creativity and an "I can do it!" attitude.

         

Since graduating from the Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art Natalie has lived and worked in London as an artist specialising in video and performance installation, but also finding drawing to be more and more important.

Natalie has recently spent over two years working as Artist in Residence in a private Kent secondary school where she worked closely with 11-18 years olds.

It is amazing to see her students develop all round and to encourage their passion for the arts and their own creative identity.

Catherine is a recent graduate from the University of Winchester, she studied a performing arts course. She has a strong background within live art, and using artists as a strong inspiration for her performance work. Catherine's most recent job was working for Stafford House Study Holidays a school in London for children from all over the world who come to England for several weeks, where she was a creative activity leader running drama,art, and music workshops. She is working with FineArt4Kids!, combining her passion of creativity and working with children.

Benedict Romain achieved a First Class with Honours in BA Fine Art at the Cardiff School of Art and Design, prior to which he achieved a distinction at Oxford Brookes University in foundation Fine Art. Benedict works as a freelance artist specialising in Sculpture, while exhibiting his work across the UK. Benedict is as passionate about art as he is about teaching, and has been taking Fine Art workshops with young people from the age of 4 to 16 for over five years.

                      

Jane is an artist currently specialising in paintings and illustrations, large and small. She is also involved in community projects to help our cities have more public art spaces, inspired by countries like Barcelona. She believes that helping people express themselves artistically is the most inspiring thing to her. She loves creating art with the children!

              

Elli graduated from a Contempary Art Practice degree at Leeds University in 2010 where she specialised in printmaking and bookbinding. After working at a professional printmaking studio in central London for over a year Elli combined her passion for art and enthusiasm for teaching and joined the Fine Art for Kids team. She now works as a year 1 teaching assistant at a local primary school alongside Her work for Fine Art 4 Kids.
